We loved the variety of breakfast, especially the nasi lemak and freshly baked croissants. The outdoor pool for both adults and kids was excellent with two different depths. This hotel's location allowed us to easily walk to the shopping area and was near a wet market. The staff, including Chef Razib, were knowledgeable and helpful.

Absoulately nothing ! As matter of fact the moment I walked in I wanted to leave, if I have decided to walk out I was told that I will be charged one night as no show or I stay and pay the 7 night in full (upfront in advance) that the policy of the hotel I was told.
TV most of time is not working properly if not at all -Not a single english news channel -Refrigerator not functioning not cooling -Buffet breakfast lousy no selection at food menu, food is mostly cold. On Sunday afternoon April 25,2010 I spotted a cockroach infront of the door elevator at the 11 floor where my room was, then I reached decision to check out.

In general: so far so good. Location and surroundings: walking distance - shopping mall QUill city mall, food heaven kampung baru, chow kit borong wholesaler traders, LRT sultan ismail and monorail chow kit or medan tuanku. Service: great. Dining: awesome. Room: big, unblocking view of great KL skyline. Useful tips: if you so millionaire don't stay here, nothing wrong with the market. Tourist can have new experience of true Malaysia experience and blend cultural of malaysian.

This hotel is located in a bustling area and is near to everything, including the local market which is just across the street. You can get around the city easily by simply changing one or two trains as the Chow Kit Monorail station is within walking distance. the room is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. the staff provides excellent service and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. the rooftop view is breathtaking.
The swimming pool seems to lack maintenance.

The room itself was a good size and well furnished, and the concierge staff were helpful.
I found the reception staff to be very unhelpful. We requested a double room when booking but when we arrived they advised they do not provide double beds in the superior rooms only twin beds, therefore we had to pay to upgrade to a double room, then tax and service charge ontop even if you're not happy with the service. Website indicates there is a pool, but the reception staff said there was no pool.

I am very very dissapointed with the hotel and the service i was given. I checked in at 3pm and my room was not even cleaned up, but i was given the keys to it. there was no interenet access to my room and ironing facilities as i was promised from the room descriptions when i booked the hotel. When i asked for assistance the duty manager was very rude and she did not even provide alternatives for me. As result of the hotels rude behaviour non cooperation from the staff and thier dont care attitute i was late for my business cnference and my business partner experienced the same issues for his room as well. I have been disgraced n embarrasesed in front of my clients by your staff . IT says the hotel was a four star but its 2 star quality.
Tina, the duty manager did not cooperate at all. when i called Booked.net and spoke to Wendy LIN, she also felt that the manager was not cooperating with her over the phone. The hotel highest authorative on that day was Tina, the duty manager as mentioned by her, does not even understand what the contract states and does not comprehend simple english. The hotel did not even keep true to its end of the contract and to what i was paying for. My business partner and myself did not get what we had paid for.I am now told to feedback this to booking .com, and i hope to get a compensation for this as I am very dissapointed. I hope you would be able to contact me personally to discuss this issue. Thank YOU,

The hotel was in a good location, close to public transportation and lots of restaurants. the bed was comfortable and the room was big enough for two people. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of options.
The room was not very clean and had a weird smell. the bathroom was small and showed signs of wear and tear.

Staff are friendly. Room design is pleasant, however, the room we got didn't get to face the twin tower. Location near market & we had a great time eating durian & doing marketing.
The car park is not maintained, we were shocked by the basement carpark when we first reach the hotel. There's no stair to link to the lobby such that we have to walk through the carpark entrance. Many renovations are not completed. From some website is stated as 4 star but turned out to be a 3 star hotel. Bathroom facilities not well equipped coz the bathtub doesn't have stopper. The water was yellowish when we first on the tap.

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to walk or take a quick taxi ride to popular destinations. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy every taste bud. Plus, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The room we stayed in was a bit outdated and could use some modernization. , the gym was very small and could only accommodate a few people at a time.
